December 17th, 2012 was our 1st wedding anniversary. First wedding anniversaries have long since been associated with paper gifts and this gift from my mother has to be one of the best paper anniversary gifts ever! It is a picture of us on our wedding day...painted in acrylic by her own fair hand!!
We love it! It has just been given pride of place on the landing so it's the first thing you see when you go upstairs!!
